At 17:30 UTC on February 26, 2026, we identified a performance degradation impacting the Change Data Capture service on the USA920 instance. Customers are experiencing delays in receiving Change Data Capture events.
We have identified that a high volume of events have overwhelmed the event processing system, creating a backlog. We have taken action to prevent further backlog growth and initiated a restart of backend services to address communication issues that were preventing the system from clearing the backlog efficiently. The system is now actively processing the backlog.
We’ll provide an update upon significant updates, or sooner if additional information becomes available.
