Salesforce experienced a feature disruption affecting multiple sandbox instances where users could not view existing custom prompt templates or create new ones, with only standard templates visible and errors occurring during custom template creation attempts. The incident affected 54 components and lasted 2.8 hours, with production instances remaining unaffected. The issue was resolved by rolling back a recent deployment change, first on a test instance and then across all remaining impacted sandbox instances.
A rollback of the recent deployment on the remaining impacted sandbox instances is in progress, and is estimated to take 60 to 90 minutes to complete.

Upon further investigation, we have determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
The rollback has been completed on the test instance and customers are now able to view and create custom prompt templates in sandbox. We're now going to roll back the change for all the remaining impacted sandbox instances.
