We would like to inform you that the SolarWinds Service Desk Virtual Agent is currently experiencing issues impacting the service portal and its integrations with Microsoft Teams and Slack. A support ticket has been opened with our vendor, and their support team has acknowledged the issue. We are actively working with them to resolve the problem.
