Incident in Japan - e-Bunsho for Expense,Japan - e-Bunsho for Invoice on US2

In the US2 Data Center, e-Bunsho Report submits through SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were intermittently below expected level.
Affected users may have experienced error message: “The report has one or more errors. You just resolve the errors before submitting reports.”when attempting to submit their expense reports and invoices.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
