In the China Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced the following error “Sorry, something went wrong. We encountered an error processing your request, please contact your company administrator" after entering their credentials. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the China Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced the following error “Sorry, something went wrong. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the China Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app is unavailable. Affected users may receive an error after entering their credentials, “Sorry, something went wrong. We encountered an error processing your request, please contact your company administrator".

The Incident Response Team (IRT) continues to investigate the issue with additional resources. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
