Incident in Analysis/Intelligence on China

In the China Data Center, accessing Analysis and Intelligence through the SAP Concur website was unavailable. Affected users may have experienced, “Warning. Either ReportNet is currently unavailable or there was a problem with login authorization. Please try again.” error after clicking the Intelligence tab.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

User impact since the last update remains unchanged.In the China Data Center, accessing Analysis and Intelligence through the SAP Concur website is currently unavailable. Affected users may experience, “Warning. Either ReportNet is currently unavailable or there was a problem with login authorization. Please try again.” error after clicking the Intelligence tab.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) continues their investigation and has engaged additional resources. Our next scheduled update will be in two hours or sooner should a significant change occur.
