An issue has been identified within the measurement data used in the Custom Scorecards scoring calculation workflow. This issue is causing Custom Scorecard to display a score of 100 with no issue attached. We have implemented a fix and are currently re-scoring the Custom Scorecards.

History data and Current data have been re-calculated using the fixed workflow. Data is now published on the platform. The issue is now considered resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

The Scoring data has been re-calculated and is now published on the Platform. We are currently re-scoring the Custom Scorecards for the previous days in order to fix the History data.
