Extended maintenance window for some U.S. East and West region tenants

This incident has been resolved.

Maintenance for East0, East2, and East3 regions has completed.

East0, East2, and East3 tenants are beginning to come back online as maintenance is completed.

West0, West1, and West2 regions have completed maintenance.

West0, West1, and West2 regions are beginning to come up as services are restored in the region as part of completing the maintenance. Some tenants will be available, while others may take longer.

The East4 region maintenance has completed.

West0, West1, West2 maintenance should be completed in about one hour.

The actual database migration for the West0, West1, and West2 regions has completed. The team is currently working on bringing up all the respective Seismic services to restore full service and complete the maintenance. The East regions are still processing and we'll post further updates on their status asap.

Teams continue to make progress on completing the maintenance. We expect the West0, West1, and West2 regions to complete next and will provide updates on progress.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Our West3 maintenance has been completed. Teams are continuing to complete the remaining regions. We expect the window to extend several more hours, however we will update as we complete regions.
