The fix has been identified and the tech team are working on deploying this.

Possible workarounds:
- Please click on '+ Note' on the sidebar
- Navigate to the “Patient” tab from the top navigation and select the patient name from here
- Right click/command to open a new tab.

We are currently experiencing an issue with clicking the patient name in the sidebar when on a video consultation.
