I servizi di creazione etichette sono stati ripristinati completamente, per gli utenti Poste Italiane Delivery che spediscono usando le nostre tariffe. Tuttavia, i servizi di prenotazione ritiri e tracciamento spedizioni rimangono ancora da ripristinare. Continuiamo ad investigare il problema insieme al corriere.

Label creation service has been fully restored including users who are using our transactional rates. However, pickup booking and tracking services are still affected. We continue to investigate the issue with the carrier.

We are continuing to investigate the issue together with the carrier. Please note, the issue only occurs for Poste Italiane Delivery users who are using our transactional rates, while it is still possible to ship using own direct contract with the carrier.
