Increased Latency in Sense

After monitoring, we have confirmed that we are seeing standard network traffic across Sense, and successful logins from all affected users.

Our team has identified and corrected the issue that was preventing some users from logging into Sense or navigating through pages. We are currently monitoring to ensure we don't see this recur, and will update here after seeing success across all users, or any other information we receive.
