Message Delays in Sense

After monitoring our team has confirmed that all Sense Messages are being sent and received as expected without delays.

Sense systems are showing restored and testing confirmed that inbound messages are being received as expected once more for all users. Broadcast delivery receipts are continuing to update to show successful as we continue to receive updates from our downstream vendor and will be updated within the next few hours.

A fix has been implemented and systems are recovering across Sense servers. We have confirmed any broadcasts attempted to be sent during this time were delivered as expected and should not need to be retried.

We will follow up and confirm once we see full recovery for all users.

We are currently seeing instances where users are facing delays intermittently when attempting to send or receive messages through Sense. Our team has identified the issue and actively working on a fix.
