Data Sync Errors for JobDiva customers

After monitoring we are continuing to see success on writebacks and all data from JobDiva flowing into Sense as expected. We have received confirmation from JobDiva that all services will continue to be monitored by both teams to ensure we do not see this recur in the future.

We have received confirmation that a fix has been put in place by the JobDiva team, and the Sense team has validated the data to ensure we are seeing all records populate correctly. Both teams will be closely monitoring to ensure we do not see any recurrence of this issue, or any spike in failed writebacks from Sense.
