Our cloud service provider has confirmed that they are no longer experiencing issues, and all ServiceTitan systems are healthy and operational. We are moving this incident to Resolved at this time, and will continue to monitor our systems for any further disruptions.

While our cloud service provider continues to experience infrastructure disruptions, ServiceTitan customers remain unaffected following our successful database migration. We are closely monitoring system health and will provide updates if any significant changes occur.
