SevenRooms OS – Delayed Real-Time Updates Due to Google Firebase Incident

Google Firebase has confirmed full recovery and have resolved the incident on their side

Impact to our product was limited to 1:00-4:45 PM ET on October 21 and was minor: some updates took longer to appear across devices, but our automatic sync, which runs about every 30 seconds, caught anything missed, and the service stayed available throughout. Real-time updates in SevenRooms OS are operating normally and we verified stability on our end.

Real-time updates in SevenRooms OS have returned to normal, and venues should no longer be experiencing delays at this time.

The underlying incident with our third-party provider, Google Firebase, is not yet resolved, so some limited impact is possible until Google fully recovers.
