Dear Customers,
We observed a partial outage from the Australia Post labelling API between 10:06 AM and 10:27 AM AEDT.
During this time, label generation requests were intermittently failing for the following couriers:
• MyPost Business (Standard and Express)
• eParcel International / eParcel International Express
Our team is actively monitoring the situation at Australia Post to restore normal service as soon as possible.
We’ll provide further updates as they become available.
