This incident has been resolved.

Corrective actions have been implemented by our carrier partner, and we are already observing KPIs returning to near-normal thresholds.

We continue to closely monitor the stability of these KPIs and expect to provide a conclusive positive update shortly.

Our partner carrier is experiencing network congestion. They are currently taking steps to methodically reduce the congestion and restore network stability.

Estimated time of resolution is not yet determined. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
