This incident has been resolved.

Corrective actions have been implemented by our carrier partner, and we are already observing KPIs returning to near-normal thresholds.

We continue to closely monitor the stability of these KPIs and expect to provide a conclusive positive update shortly.

Semtech and our partner carrier have determined the underlying cause of the current service disruption. We are now in the process of deploying remedial measures to bring services back online.
Our teams are coordinating closely with the partner carrier to stabilise network operations and maintain consistent service delivery moving forward.
