Outage Details

As of 16:15 UTC our monitoring systems picked up an increased load on our servers. That might have caused issues for SIM cards using any of our VPN services. We have doubled the capacity and we are seeing the success rate for new PDP sessions returning to pre-incident levels. Existing data sessions were not impacted during this period. Our engineers are monitoring the situation and are closely in contact with our network partners.
