eNote Packages showing "Docs not available"

This incident is resolved.

A fix has been implemented to address the message of "Docs not available" for eNote packages. We will continue to monitor for additional reports.

eNote packages that were previously stating "Docs Not Available" have been corrected. We are continuing to monitor incoming packages as a full resolution is established.

Delays in package availability may be observed as a full resolution is implemented.

eNote Packages that displayed the message 'Docs Not Available' have been corrected and are now accessible. Our team is continuing to work towards a full resolution.

The fix implemented has provided a partial resolution. Teams are continuing to work on a complete fix. Wet-sign Paper Notes remain available during this time.

The issue with eNote packages has been identified and nCino Teams are currently working to resolve.

We are currently investigating reports of generated eNote packages where users are seeing "Docs not available" messages. As an alternative, wet-sign Paper Notes can be prepped and delivered as we continue to review.
