Sinch experienced SMS delivery issues with the Tigo carrier in Paraguay from February 22-24, 2026, lasting approximately 48.7 hours. The incident caused delayed mobile-terminated and mobile-originated messages, along with missing and late delivery receipts for the LATAM SMS service. A fix was implemented and monitored before the issue was fully resolved on February 24th.
