Sinch's DI SMS 365 service experienced potential delays in the delivery of mobile originated (MO) messages, mobile terminated (MT) messages, and delivery reports (DLR) across their SMS 365 Operator services in the US, Rest of World, and International regions. The issue was detected by internal monitoring systems and affected message delivery processing for 32 minutes. The incident was resolved after technical teams investigated and implemented a fix.

Description ::
Our internal monitoring systems have detected an issue that may be causing delays in the delivery of MO (Mobile Originated), MT (Mobile Terminated), and DLR (Delivery Report) traffic. We are currently investigating it with the highest priority.
Our technical teams are actively working to identify the root cause and implement a resolution as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
