Sinch's DI SMS 365 (iSMS) platform experienced delays in SMS message delivery for both mobile terminating and mobile originated traffic, as well as delivery receipt notifications. The incident affected customers connected to the iSMS platform for 25 minutes before being resolved through monitoring and remediation efforts.
This issue has been resolved. We will monitor further.
