Sinch experienced performance degradation on their EU3 endpoint affecting HTTP, SMPP, and ENUM services in the EU region for 2.6 hours. Clients were advised to temporarily use the EU1 endpoint as a workaround during the incident. A fix was implemented and the service was restored to normal operation.
