Sinch experienced a network issue beginning September 17 at 06:45 UTC that caused queue buildup across their SMSx/MM4 infrastructure, resulting in potential delivery delays for inbound (MO), outbound (MT), and delivery receipt (DLR) traffic on SMS 365 Operator US and MM4 (MMS 365) components. A fix was implemented approximately six hours after the incident started, with queues depleting and delays mitigating shortly after. The incident was monitored for stability and fully resolved on September 18 at 15:54 UTC, lasting approximately 28 hours in total.
