Slido experienced a major outage in the United Arab Emirates region lasting approximately 11 days, affecting both the participant and admin apps at slido.com due to vendor disruptions at UAE datacenters. Other regional datacenters remained operational throughout the incident. The issue was resolved by implementing a functional workaround for UAE-based users, who can contact support to regain access to the service.
We now consider this issue to be resolved as we have a functional workaround for users based in the UAE. If you were previously on the UAE server and need access to Slido, please contact support@slido.com and we will be able to set this up for you.

The issue has been identified and is due to vendor disruptions affecting UAE datacenters. We are actively monitoring services in UAE but there is nothing we can do at the moment. We do not have a recovery estimation from UAE datacenters at the moment. We will keep you updated.
