Outage Details
Pacsoft Online and Unifaun Online experienced a problem when creating MyPack Collect shipping labels without an explicitly pickup point specified. That meant that the system was unable to automatically identify the closest pickup point relative to the customer. The error was caused by an update on the system and was present from around 9:00 to 13:00 on Tuesday, February 6th 2018.
