Start Time: Aug 26, 2025 4:01 PM UTC Impact: Partial Outage – Message Delivery Failures via Aerialink Provider Description: We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting message delivery through the Aerialink provider. Messages sent via this provider may fail to deliver, and Delivery Receipts (DLRs) may not be received. We are following up with the provider and closely monitoring from our end. Next Update: We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update : We have received confirmation from the provider that a fix has been implemented at 27 Aug 7:30 PM UTC to resolve the issue. Messaging should now be working as expected.
Our engineering team will continue to monitor and track the message delivery to ensure stability.
