Amazon Web Services (AWS) is investigating degraded service affecting Webex Events Streaming. Currently, Users are unable to save Sessions or Live Streams when using a paid provider option (Restream, Studio, RTMP, Simulive). They are met with a generic error upon saving. This affects both existing and new components when using those providers. Other unpaid providers are not having the issue (Webex, etc.). Affected regions: All Workaround: Use a free service like Webex or Zoom. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will post another status update in an hour or when the issue is resolved.
