Partners that experienced APIs failures are advised to retry the operation. The Incident is resolved and no further updates will be provided. In case individual investigation requests are needed please engage the incident management team via our dedicated ticketing platform.
Partner Impact Resolution: Intermittent 5xx error messages no longer returned on multiple loan applications, overdraft applications, consumer loan applications, SplitPay applications services.
Customer Impact Resolution: Customers who were attempting to apply for the impacted loan services are now able to complete the process without any errors.
