JPMorgan experienced an outage on their end. Between approximately 6:55 PM and 7:30 PM UTC on April 27, 2026, JPMorgan's payment platform was returning 'error occurred' for valid requests, causing a significant disruption to payment processing.

All systems are operating normally. Merchants with JPMorgan-routed traffic should no longer experience elevated decline rates. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact our support team.
