Important Sophos Notification Regarding: Sophos UTM

We have recently been informed that the Sophos UTM web categorisation might fail for some customers and report sites as 'Uncategorized'.   Product and Environment Sophos UTM   Issue timeline 11-11-2025 9:00 UTC The issue has been reported, and the development team is investigating.   Impact Web categorization on UTM might fail and report sites as 'Uncategorized'. Web Proxy policies set to block uncategorized websites could block browsing. This only impacts UTM, not Sophos Firewall.  Workaround A possible workaround is to permit uncategorized sites in the web proxy policies.   Next update The next update is at 12:00 UTC.
