Issues with Box Office App

We have now resolved the issues with the App. However in resolving this we weren't able to automatically update your app with the fix - the fact that it crashed made us unable to access it to perform an upgrade.

To resolve the problem you will need to go to https://resources.spektrix.com/downloads/Box%20Office%20App/ and download and then run the App installer.

You shouldn't need to do anything else, the app should keep all registration and config details from before.

If you receive an error around a 'version conflict' or that you already have a more recent version of the App installed, please reload the above link and download the file again - you may be loading a cached version of that site.

We are currently investigating issues with the Box Office App dropping out and not starting. This will mean ticket printing and chip and pin/contactless payments are currently not accessible.
