Issues Confirming Payments

This incident has been resolved.

You may find that there are some open transactions on your system with pending payments as a result of the issues this afternoon.

If you see an open transaction asking you to confirm or delete a payment, please check your MyOpayo/MySagePay portal to cross-reference the details and confirm whether the payment was successful before taking any action.

Unless actioned, these transactions will remain in your open transaction panel, as we were not able to confirm whether the payment was successful.

Normal functionality appears to have resumed across the system; we will continue to monitor the situation for the time being to ensure that performance has stabilised.

Investigations into the cause of this issue are ongoing; many payments are being made successfully, but we are aware that some clients are still affected by this issue.
