Outage Details

We're currently investigating an issue taking payments, with some clients not able to take payments with the error "4020: Information received from an invalid IP address". We believe that this is affecting all payment channels at this point. We are investigating as a priority and keep you updated.

We have identified and implemented a fix, and have now seen payments processing successfully across all payment channels.

The majority of transactions attempted in this time will have timed out, though you may have some open transactions with pending payments in them. In these cases, you will need to either cancel these or reach out to customers for payment.

We will continue to monitor, to ensure there are no further issues.

We are continuing to work on restoring payments. Some of you may start to see successful payments confirming through web and phone channels.

We have identified the cause of the problem and are working on resolving this as a priority. Web and phone transactions are affected. Stored cards will still process successfully, as will chip & pin transactions.

We are continuing to investigate issues taking payments with Opayo. This is affecting transactions made via web and phone channels. Stored cards will still process successfully, as will chip & pin transactions.
