Third Party Online Ordering, User Creation/Editing in Dashboard and Terminal Login are Impacted

This incident has been resolved.

Creating or Editing a user in Dashboard as well as full Dashboard navigation have been resolved. There are still some lingering login issues with Express POS and Restaurant Customer Facing Displays we are resolving.

We are continuing to investigate all remaining issues with our third party vendor CodeFresh.

Online Ordering and Third Party Ordering is now restored. The team is currently working to resolve the issues with user creation and editing in Dashboard.

Retail/Terminal login has been resolved. The team is currently working to fix third party and online ordering.

The team is continuing to investigate this issue. Please note, for some users the dashboard navigation will appear empty/blank, making it unusable.

There is currently an issue preventing guests from placing third party online ordering via Doordash or Uber Eats. This is also impacting user creation/editing in Dashboard and preventing logins on the Retail product. The team is investigating currently.
