Service Disruption

Summary AI Generated

Square Australia experienced widespread elevated latency and service errors lasting approximately 1.8 hours, disrupting Payment Authorization, Refunds, Tip Adjustments, KDS delivery, and Printing. Users reported that while orders appeared to process, payment confirmation data was not captured for at least an hour. Services have largely recovered, though residual errors and delayed Dashboard reporting persist, with Tip Adjustments remaining degraded but retryable for up to 36 hours after payment capture.
