Some customers may be experiencing unsuccessful SSO login attempts of their users or unexpected behavior when running CSV imports.
 We have identified the related issue with the indexing of user's 'external IDs' and their case sensitivity. This might lead to unsuccessful SSO login attempts or affect CSV imports.
