Some customers may be experiencing unsuccessful SSO login attempts of their users or unexpected behavior when running CSV imports.  We have identified the related issue with the indexing of user's 'external IDs' and their case sensitivity. This might lead to unsuccessful SSO login attempts or affect CSV imports. Our teams are working on resolving this as fast as we can. We will share more information soon. We have identified the related issue with the indexing of user's 'external IDs' and their case sensitivity. This might lead to unsuccessful SSO login attempts or affect CSV imports.
