From 6:45 UTC to 9:41 UTC, we saw elevated API errors likely related to a widespread internet outage affecting Affirm, Klarna, and Amazon Pay. This outage also impacted support requests via phone and chat. This is now resolved and the impacted payment methods are now enabled on Checkout and Element surfaces. We still recommend sending support request via email while phone and chat recovers.
