We are currently experiencing issues processing incoming and outgoing SCT INST transactions that were initiated yesterday Monday October 21st, between 18:20 and 20:10. These transactions appear as Pending for outgoing transactions and Upcoming for incoming transactions. We are investigating the matter and will provide updates accordingly.
