A fix for this incident will be implemented between 00h00 and 2h00 this evening, 20 May. As a result of the work, incoming and outgoing SEPA Instant Credit Transfers will be unstable or unreachable during this time. We will continue to monitor the situation overnight and will provide an update early tomorrow morning.

As of **6h15** CET, we are experiencing a **partial** outage of **incomingu0026 outgoing** SEPA Instant Credit Transfers. For payments where the fallback option is enabled, they will be processed as a standard SEPA transfer. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide the next update by 11h.

The situation with our provider is ongoing and appears to be a total outage of incoming and outgoing Instant Credit Transfers. We are monitoring the situation and will provide the next update by 13h.
