We’re aware of an issue affecting images, where they may intermittently appear as broken or return a 502 error. The root cause has been traced to one of our third-party service providers, Cloudflare, specifically within the proxy services used between Swell’s CDN and API/storefronts.
Our team is actively working with Cloudflare to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’ll provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
