Syncro will be performing limited-downtime maintenance on our presence servers on Sunday, August 18th from 6:00am to 9:00am PDT. Assets may appear offline for short periods while the presence servers are restarting. We will be pausing the offline alerts feature during this maintenance window to prevent any false offline alerts that may be triggered by the updates made during maintenance.
