Outage in Syncro

Syncro page updates require a manual refresh

Resolved Minor

Incident Report

The service employed to update pages live within Syncro is currently not functioning. This means that some pages will require a manual refresh to see updates, such as incoming ticket comments or status changes, which would normally alert the user when the updates arrive in. Manually refreshing the page should return the expected results.

Outgoing ticket comments may return a 403 error describing: ‘daily message quota exceeded’. We’re seeing that these messages are still sending out to end users, and refreshing the page should show those messages in the ticket.

During this outage, Autoprinter will also not function.

We are currently investigating the cause and working towards a resolution.

Functionality has been restored. Pages should no longer require a manual refresh to view new updates, and Autoprinter should also work as expected. We will monitor to ensure platform stability.
