We are currently investigating reports that the Remote Desktop feature within Background Tools is not accepting input (keyboard/mouse) on assets where there is no active Windows session. Other functionalities of the Background Tools remain unaffected.
We understand the urgency of remote access and are actively working on a resolution for this input issue.

For immediate, uninterrupted remote access, please utilize the Splashtop Remote Access feature available within your Syncro platform. Splashtop access is fully operational and is the recommended temporary solution for accessing systems, particularly those without an active user session.
