Syncro will be performing limited-downtime maintenance on our presence servers on January 17. Assets may appear offline for short periods while the presence servers are restarting. Live chat notifications will also be unavailable. We will be pausing the offline alerts feature during this maintenance window to prevent any false offline alerts that may be triggered by the updates made during maintenance.
