We are currently investigating reports of slowness and timeouts when downloading the Agent MSI Installer.
Users may experience slow download speeds or “Failed to Download” errors when attempting to access the installer file.
This issue is limited to the MSI installer package only. Active agent services, existing chat sessions, and script executions are not impacted.
