Syncro will be performing scheduled maintenance to our RMM Agent Update Servers on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
Expected Impact:
- New Installations: Partners may experience intermittent issues downloading agent installers (EXE, MSI, etc.) or installing new agents while the maintenance is in progress.
- Existing Agents: There is no expected impact on existing agents already deployed in the field.
