We are currently aware of an issue affecting the Windows RMM Agent installer. Partners attempting to download or run new installations of the Windows Agent may encounter failures during the installation process. Existing agents that are already installed and running on endpoints are not affected by this issue and will continue to operate normally.
Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working to implement a fix. We do not have an estimated time of resolution at this time but will provide updates as progress is made.
If you are affected: Any pending agent deployments to new Windows machines will need to be deferred until this issue is resolved. We recommend holding off on new installation attempts until we confirm the fix is in place, as repeated attempts will not resolve the issue during this time.
