Settlement reports are currently inaccessible
Tax invoices cannot be downloaded from the portal
Please note that this issue is limited to data access only. There is no impact on settlements.
🛠️ Our team is actively working with the external partner to resolve the issue. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution (ETA), but we will keep you informed with regular updates.
